Are you talking about that yuca/mandioca/macaxeira/aipim stuff?
If so, in the States you'll find them at stores selling Latin or Asian foods, under the name of Yucain the frozen foods. Usually it's Goya who's distributing it.
Or maybe you'll find Yuca Fries 
Can't imagine it tasting any good, though.
