Pah! I think I'll miss out on being malled by bulls. Don't all the towns have there own little festivals, are there other good bull related events going on in other places around Spain after?

thanks for the tip ev! I am actually going to be coming down from Paris (workin my way through....) so, yeah i was kind of hoping the travel wouldnt be *as* bad coming from the french side, but i dont have any set time-frame just yet, so if i hv to wait I will. no rush....

yeah, good tip. someone also mentioned coming from the france boarder and stoping in Irun. and from there to Pamplona. I'll be coming from paris as well.

Yea, thats what I did last year.... not on purpose.. I missed my flight to biarritz (damn ryanair lol). Had to go to the nearest town named Pyrenees instead (middle of no where land) and ended up lost in France. After missing my meet-up with Teci I had to take the train to irun, pulling in to the station minutes after the last train/bus had left for pamplona. So I slept in the train station that night (not a good idea). Well sort of, since they kicked me out at midnight I spent the night walking around the city with this canadian guy. Playing canadian card games in the freezing rain is an experience I'll never forget!

i just read that two people will be coming from Paris to San Sebastian to Pamplona. That, Paris, is the start of my trip...we should have a meet-up before the Parisian tourists depart...that way, we could have 3 or more heads scrounging for hostels in san sebastian instead of one.
get back to me, you paris-to-pamplona bound travellers.

i guess it hasnt registered in me that i will be at the running of the bulls. people say how really fun it is but i guess i have no idea what im in for. ive seen video clips and it looks like all hell broke loose. 5 more weeks folks.
