I and about three other friends are planning on making a mad dash across Europe over our Christmas breaks. We have it somewhat planned out and will probably be in Germany during Christmas. What would be the best thing to do while there and where should we go? Thoughts? Or would we be better off going to a different country for the holiday?
Bavaria during Christmas is supposed to be wonderful. I think in Rothenburg there is a Weinnacht celebration that's a lot of fun, with a market called Reiterlesmarkt. Plus you could go skiing!!! What's not to like about that?
