Hey all
I herd about this week long beach party in Thailand that happens every year. All I know about it is that its a week long on the beach night and day, lots of music and dancing, its a yearly thing in December I think and tons of peopel go, Have any TPer's gone or even know what Im talking about ??

There's the full moon party each month on Ko Phangan, but that's all I know about. Check out Lonelyplanet.com or Kophangan.com for more info.

I highly recommend Thailand if you're debating going there. Spend very little time in Bangkok... check out "Patpong" then get out of that dirty city. Spend as much time as you can on the islands, but you absolutely MUST spend 3 days to a week in northern Thailand on a mountain trek. Arrangements can easily be made once you arrive in Bangkok.

If you go to the full moon party... just drink, or get drugs from a fellow traveler if you are crazy. Whatever you do DO NOT buy drugs no matter how cheap from the locals.
