Calling all South African Members
What is the night club scene like in South Africa. As someone who's only heard stories of what it's like in South Africa, I'm a little weary to go out drinking into the wee hours of the night as a female, especially in the cities which I've heard to be quite dangerous (at least comparatively). So what I want to know is:
(1) Are there certain clubs/bars/areas to avoid at all costs (it doesnt matter which city/area you're from or have been to, I'm not sure entirely where I want to go yet so any knowledge on any areas are greatly appreciated)
(2) Are there any general tips you can give me that you might do on a night out?
(3) How prevalent are thinks like the date rape drug, drugs in general, etc
