This was a place about 2 or 3 blocks from The Three Ducks in Paris. I had a room on the second floor with a bathroom and shower AND a balconey overlooking the street for about $26US dollars! All to my own!

I found it by a suggestion from someone on the street. The Three Ducks was full so I started walking. It was great because there was availability that night. They gave privileges to those who reserved ahead of time. I had to leave the next day and wait for any cancellations. There wasn´t any the next day, but on the following day, I got lucky again.

This was a couple of years ago but I can´t imagine the price changing much now.

I don´t have any more stats on this place, but I´m almost 99% positive that it´s called The Printemp.

Has anyone else stayed there? :)

The Three Ducks is quite popular, but I heard that it was very crampy inside. This sounds like a great alternative!
