Home/hostel in Central Italy

I live in the Marche region in Italy (the central part). I have an extra room which I rent out in the summer months to travellers who need a break from travelling. People that just want to be "home" and chill and recharge for a few days before being off to finish reconquering Europe or wherever it is the wind may blow.

This goes without saying but I will say it the same- no wackos (wacky is ok) - no stinkys ( I mean stinking because you have been travelling all day is one thing - stinking because you want to make a statement is just not cool) - and no whiners allowed.

Kid haters wouldn't like it here either since I have a few of my own plus all the ones from the neighborhood.

OH, the price??? The price per day is 30 Euros - that is with meals ( that we eat together ) ------

kel, that actually sounds quite inviting. depending on where abouts i am in july-august, i just might keep that in mind. i'll keep your email address handy when my itinerary is more detailed.
