I'm looking at jobs for the Fall and have a possible offer in Galena, AK, which is West/Central in the state and about 120miles from the western coast. I'm and looking for any and all advice, info, or resources on this area. Also looking for any good resources on finding jobs out there (for Beth).

sorry dude i don't really have any advice, just thought I'd chime in and say I leave for Skagway, Alaska in 4 days. I am going to be bartending there for 5 months. I was curious as to what type of work you might be doing?
