Okay, so next year I plan on travelling through Europe for a couple of months. One of the countries that I feel I definitely HAVE to make the trip for is Turkey just because it has SOOOO much history and amazing things to experience. I am a little nervous to go through there though, especially being a young female within a country that I've heard to be quite sexist.
I plan on doing as lonely planet suggested & wearing a head scarf, long-sleeved shirts, shady glasses & a long skirt, but I was wondering if any of you guys had any tips or stories of fab travels through there that would perhaps ease my worries
