I saw a story in the news a few year back...A flight from LA to Japan suddenly dropped from 33,000 ft to 30,000ft ( or something like that if I wrong it was a far frik'n drop)
It hit a pocked of air that caused the plane to do this, severe turbulance. People were thrown about the passanger compartment like toys, people died and were very hurt. the plane survived and landed in Japan, but i apprears it was a very rough ride...And no one saw it coming.

Ever since that story I wear my seatbelt when ever I am on a plan and not in the washroom...here is some info on Turbulance

Not scared of many things, but turbulance really gets to me!!
