you can hop off when you want but you can only get on at certain times chech the schedule you will have a orange day and a white day if you stop at a city that is orange you can not get back on till the next orange day unless it is an overnight stop then youcan get on the next morning. I decided againset the busabout because I don';t want to spend a majority of my trip on the bus
