Anyone have advice on the best (read:cheapest) way to get from Jamaica to Honduras that doesn't involve something like flying to Miami first for 700 US?

Besides swimming, that is.

IF not, any advice on the best (flight) route to take from the US (probably Boston) to Central America would be great too - that is, what's the major airhub for the area?
