Sorry couldn't think of a more informational title.

Anyway, my boyfriend was talking to me about how 4 bands he really likes are playing a concert together in Redmond, WA. (is that near Seattle?) Anyway I was thinking of buying us tickets and flying out there for three days. I'm thinking of leaving Aug. 24th (early a.m.) and returning late the 26th. Any one who knows of a seriously cheap air line company or cheap hostels in that area let me know. I have app. 600 bucks to spend if I do this (cab fare/plane/board/food)

hey amber,

Redmond is technically a suburb, but it's a town unto itself. It's not cab-distance from Seattle unless you want to pay a king's ransom, but there are buses from downtown. What is the name of the place the bands are playing at? Redmond isn't known for its live shows.

Look at southwest airlines and also alaska or horizon air. They will probably have the best deals, but you never know. I recommend staying at the HI Downtown hostel and just taking a bus out to Redmond. $600, well, it's hard to say if that would be enough, depending on how long you want to stay here. It would probably be fine for a weekend. I doubt that would cover both of your plane tickets, however. That would be sweet if you guys come out here!!

Their playing at Marymoor Amphitheatre. That's all I know! LOL.

The bands are O.A.R., Guster, Howie Day and Matt Nathenson of something

We'd be leaving from Philly, but it doesn't matter anymore he doesn't want me spending the money on the trip.

So I'm just gonna forget about it, thanks you guys for the information!
