:wub: It's arguably my favorite time of year: blossoms and new leaves on the trees, people hanging out in parks, the smell of barbeque just starting to become a common scent in the air. Sigh. :wub:

It's also the only time of year to go from a lovely beach one day, snowboarding the next and looking at flower blossoms the third. :thumbup: These pictures were taken in that order: Friday, Sunday and today.

After beating myself up yesterday, today it was time to make a trek about an hour north of town to the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival. I love tulips, besides dahlias and peonies they're my favorite flower. I think. Maybe.

Beautiful photos Jeanie! It's actually a very lovely spring here in Chicago. The daffodils are beautifully bloomed all over, tulips are coming up, and the leaves on the trees are almost in full bloom. :cheers:
