It being the second nice day in 3 weeks I took the afternoon off and myself, my wife and dog took a run up the coast to Conception Harbour, where I'd heard there was a cool looking whaling ship wreck and a nice waterfall. It's about an hour out of town...thought I'd share some pics. they're a little washed out thanks to the sun shining on the lens:

the wreckage in the harbour

It took awhile to find the waterfall, but we did...it also looks like an amazing place to camp. There were trout jumping all over the place.

What we saw driving in

nice campspot right next to the river

trying to teach the dog to swim. let her off leash shortly after.

waterfall around the corner

looking down from the falls

looking out from the campspot

^Nope, me too. Well, it's not a cubicle, but it might as well be. At least I have a pretty view.
