Judging from the ferocious water Huka falls must be pretty intense!

Very pretty photos!! I haven't been to NZ just yet, but when I see pictures from there somehow they remind me of Argentina. Some places are very simmilar.

Looks like you had a fantastic trip!!

Thanks Everyone,

This wasn't so much a trip just places i have been within the last year really, just the rapids was last weekend, wellington a few weeks before that, christchurch in oct last year and the marlborough sounds in jan 06.

Ahhh the Huka Jet, my favourite thing about Taupo, i am in awe everytime i go there, and i go there a couple of times a year usually (to the falls, more like 10ish times a year for taupo itself!).

I have so many more things to see in NZ, i think our country is absolutely beautiful, so whilst im stuck here being all wonderfully student like i want to see as much of it as i can!

Flo i have been told that argentina is a lot like NZ, i can't wait to go there one day!

Now everyone get your butt to NZ!!

It was actually a complete fluke we got to see havlock like that, we had been to nelson for the day and we were meant to head back to our place in the sounds for tea but we kept on delaying it, going out to rabbit island etc so we ended up having tea in nelson meaning we got to see the awesome sunset over havlock! There were also two camper vans of tourists up at the lookout who planned to stay there for the night... ahhh the freedom of being able to stop whereever you want whilst travelling! :D
