I use a credit card to book my dads flights, buy my groceries, and other things. With that I've made over $120 in rewards. Free money is nice during this time of need... Plus its interest free until October.

If you get paid 3 days into the trip...you should be okay right?

Damn, first jerked around by the fuzz...now the military.

Sounds like some of my battles recently.

I just love how when the system screws up - they don't give a hot damn about leaving YOU holding the bag...

Hey, when they got the might, they could care less about your rights...

Which is the main problem with globally-centralized power in the upcoming NW0.

As long as its not a "cash only" place I don't think its a problem to pay with a different credit credit card. They never ask me for the same credit/bank card that I reserved with.

well a small break in the money situation...

I stopped at a gas station ATM last night on my way out for my friend's birthday and swiped my card to see there was already money sitting there. I was having the devil on one side who said "take it! no one knows!" and the angel on the other side who said "turn it in!"

because I am a good person (lol) I turned it in and the people who worked at the gas station were like "the banks control the ATMs not as, so as far as we're concerned, you can keep it."

so I counted the money.... $200!!!!!!!

LOL wtf! found $200 in an ATM and get to keep it! hell yes!

oh man, I dream about things like that. well done. I have actually had good luck with finding cash in Europe, so maybe it could work for you! I don't know why, but you never see money lying on the ground in Australia (except for 5c coins) and several times in europe I would find 10 and 20euro notes. but $200! I'm jealous.
