In the last six months alone I've spent $2400 on my teeth, and that's just the portion insurance didn't cover. For that kind of money, LFB and I should look like Flava Flav!

Not all of them, just the front two.
.....nah, i don't have any gold teeth, i don't even have a filling. I paid the bill for a girl that i hardly know, because that's the kind of guy i am. Anyone else got any bills they want me to pay?
Ok, here's what happened. 2 weeks before i went to Darwin i went on a pub crawl with some mates. The night was good, spirits were high, the beer was flowing (perhaps a little too well). We'd been to several pubs around town and decided to head to the newly built nightclub to check it out. So, we all finished our drinks and headed on our merry way. In transit, drunken shenanigans and silly buggers were the theme, and somewhere along the way it was decided it would be a great game to try and trip each other up. We all laughed hysterically as we watched each other stumble down the path, using every ounce of drunken coordination in an attampt to save ourselves from falling. Now, if only i had remembered the old saying "it's always fun and games until someone breaks a tooth on the foot path".
The tripping games continued for some time until finally someone fell, and it just so happened the it was i that caused the fall, and that the girl that i tripped no longer posessed the reflex action of putting out her hands to stop from hitting her face. The result - a black eye and a broken tooth. I felt like in biggest asshole in the world....wait, i still feel like an asshole. So, of course, i paid all the costs associated with the fall and swore to never again participate in any form of drunken silly buggers.
....and that's my story.....damn drunken shenanigans

Awww Nick, I remember you telling me that story!! Don't feel like an asshole, accidents happen. You were nice enough to pay for her dental bills. Guess you will be working lots of overtime hours though to get caught up again!!

Yep, 7am - 8:30pm 3 days a week, then my normal hours the other days. Damn this being broke because of dentists. Oh well, like you said, accidents happen.

Ouch! That's unfortunate... but at least you were a gentleman and paid for the bill... I know a couple of guys who'd pretend to STILL be drunk just not to pay it...
I know it was the right thing to do, but it's still totaly sweet.
