Hey finnaly going to book a flight this week for the end of septemeber into sydney,and the big plan is to work my way up the goldcoast to surf and party my ass off and do it tll mid december and go back down to sydney for new years eve , I have read several of the posts but I just keep cruching #'s and getting different results, i plan on staying in hostils for the most part and making the majority of my own meals!!and drinking some brews so whats the crowd like? should i book ahead? Do most of the hostils have kitchen's and lockers, do you get your own room or are they big open spaces how are the showers and washrooms, I was also courious about transpertaion, is hitch hikking a bad idea? do any of the hostils have boards for rent? So I have figured i need about 75 auz bucks a day im not sure if thats to low or to high, so I guess thats a few questions Eh!!
So if anyone has done the same kinda thing and has some ideas id love to here from yah
