Sporadic deposits here and there, but just acquired another property and closing on a few other properties in the next couple of weeks....creatively of course.
Slowly and painfully building a portfolio and I hope that all of you are moving in that direction too !

I can't wait until I am in a position to be able to do more with real estate. Not right now since things are still tight, but in maybe a two year period I will be better off. I figure it won't be bad because I will be like 26/27 have sizable equity and be able to move things around a bit more. In the meantime though, I just keep paying off my house and wait I guess.
When I am ready though I figure the nice thing is the equity I will have built up and be able to use for down payment etc while trying to flip properties. I should have in the next two years about $135,000 in equity or so.

Awesome, Bo! I'm still plugging away almost daily with whatever spare change, dollars, five's, ten's, twenty's etcmust have $600 or $700 in there including some equity build up in some properties.

Ah, forgot to mention I sold my car to my brother last week for $1500. That one really helped me out. Those dollars cover my epxenses while im in hawaii and korea
