Just a quick little question... if you don't have a work visa, how would a "legit" online job site help?
The advice I've given before is to go to TravelBar in the old town (just of the Ramblas) and check out their job board... Also talk to their staff. There are lots of cash-in-hand opportunities for travelers without work visas, but most probably won't advertise themselves out in the open!

I don't think this will get you any money but if you want to have a free week in spain you can check out this website. A friend of mine is there this week, I haven't heard from him because they don't have much internet access but I figure it looks pretty cool.
However, I believe you have to get to Madrid to join the group but that's not too far from Barcelona.
