Hey all-
I checked around this site and around google and could not find an answer to a question about storing luggage. I know that there are places, viz., airports, stations, etc. where some friends and I could store our luggage for 10 days (we are travelling to eastern Europe).
However, I have been told by quite a few people that it is possible to check in to a hotel on the first night of the trip, leave the luggage in a storage facility (which the hotel supposedly has), and return to the hotel after the trip and pick up the bags before heading to the airport.
People have told me this is quite a bit cheaper (esp. w/ multiple people) than renting at the airport. Do most hotels offer such a service? And do most (or any) hostels offer the service as well? Thanks.
