Me and buddy lee it seems have both stumbled upon this site and found some outrageous good deals, I found a trip too oz one way for 650 while he found a flight to london for 220, is this place legit cuase when I compare them too sites like expedia or orbitz they all go for about 12-1500. Does anyone know about this site or have I just stumbled upon a holy grail of budget flying ???

If I remember correctly, a lot of the prices on StudentUniverse are legit, but by the time you go through all the screens and try to confirm, a lot of the flights are unavailable/sold out/etc. Still, from what I understand, you can get some great deals from them. If you're of student age, also check out some of the deals from STA Travel.

They are a legit site. I bought a ticket from them back in 2002 for a trip to Europe and got an excellent deal. I can't remember if the price they show you is with tax included or not. When you do register with them, you have to put in your university e-mail address since the deals are supposed to be only for students and teachers, but they still allow me to log into the site even though I graduated over a year ago.
Should I book my ticket soon cuase I am still officialy a student of the university. however in september im not anymore cause I would have been out of school for 3 semesters. Do they really check up on that shit ?

From what I have seen, you can get tickets for the same price or even cheaper through sites like Orbitz. I don't know if Student Universe checks on your student status, but one of the requirements when filling out your information is to give them your school e-mail address.
