was backpacking round canada in 07/08. now i have my 08 tax return to do but im home in the uk. anybody know of any companies that can do it for me or any that have done this before??

You can do it yourself online at any of several websites, and unless you have to fill out a long form it should be free. I've used TaxACT before and they're just fine.

But the OP needs to file in the UK. I know nothing about how taxes work there. Maybe Lauren can fill us in!

The IRS would probably be happy to let you file in the US too if you want :D
