Well there's not a lot of difference between them, unless you know you'll be calling one particular network more than the rest (calls to other networks are more expensive).
We have the following pay-as-you-go providers:
Vodafone
T-Mobile
O2
Orange
EasyMobile
Virgin Mobile
Tesco Mobile
I'd say O2, Tesco or Virgin are probably the cheapest, but it depends how you use your phone as they all have different offers for calls/txts/mms etc.
