Unfortunately my Sony Digital Camera's memory sticks cost a rediculous amount of money. Do they have internet cafe's to where I could transfer pictures either by email or to a flash memory stick? Anywhere in Europe?
Suggestions please....

They sure do! Most of the larger internet cafes, like Easy Internet, will download your pictures to a cd for you or they have a set-up where you can do it yourself. Bring a card reader / USB cable and you should be good to go.

A lot of the places also have multi-card readers for CompactFlash, Memory Stick, SD, microdrive, etc., so if a reader isn't in your budget, you'll be able to find a place pretty easily.. although readers are only about $10 if you look in the right places. (Gotta love Fry's electronics, as crappy as their service is...)

Ok, well do most of the bigger towns in Europe have Cafe's? Is there a directory to where I can find them?
I'm planning on going to towns such as... Dublin, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Rome, Athens etc. Just basically the major towns in Western Europe.
Thanks for all the help already!

Another thing you can do is go to stores that do photos, they have a machine that you just load the card into and it will give you back a CD with them on it... it's only like 2 bux
