You're welcome! Plug adapters are cheap. But a word of advice: make sure you have the plug adapters on you before you arrive at your destination. Sometimes it's kind of a bitch to find them abroad. Remember my advice about keeping track of your charger and not leaving it behind? Yeah. I remembered the charger but somehow forgot the adapter!

That's good advice. When you're throwing your stuff in a bag and you've got a train to catch a charger in the corner is pretty easy to ignore!

Do you live in a small town or something? I only ask because I was wondering why you didn't go to a camera store where the clerks are more knowledgable. Just curious

I live in Germany but don't speak adequate German to ask or understand tech stuff, so I can't go to the local stores. So I go to the store on the air base we're stationed at, but there the staff are from the base community and not necessarily specialists. That's why we only have a limited selection of cameras available, too, because they just order the 20 or so most popular, and if you want something else, it's a harangue.

Thanks Jeanie, I'm planning to get one today. I know you love yours. I also like the styling - I like something with a bit of substance - if it's too small, I lose it, and don't notice.
