Hi Jirka and welcome to the boards. First off, where are you from? Do you specifically want to go to Canada? We'll do our best to see what we can find for you!!!
Here is one source. I didn't read through all of it, so I'm not guaranteeing that it has good info!!! My disclaimer.

Hi Jamie,
I am student of political science from Czech Republic. I am 23 years old. My girlfriend is about 2 years younger. WE would like to get a job in British Columbia for this summer, we also could come there soon. Just one problem - visa but I think if we get a job for summer we could get the visa too. IF you help me I will realy appreciate it. Jirka.

ok jirka I think if anyone had info on it they would have posted it by now.
I am sorry my friend. Visas are very hard to get sometimes especially for jobs like that from what I understand. If you wish to come to the united states for awhile try contacting the YMCA of the Rockies.
www.ymcarockies.org
I used to work there and know there were a few czechers there.

Hi Jirka,
If you google "tree planting, Canada" you might be able to get some leads on jobs. I just did this, and just a brief glance found www.canadian_forests.com, which has job listings. There were a zillion others, but I have a slow internet connection.
