i want to go to europe next yr for a couple of months, but ill need to find a job there if i wanna stay for long. ill probably be looking for some overthecounter paying jobs since im a us citizen. i know english and basic french. do u think ill have trouble finding work somewhere where english or french isn't the main spoken language?

+ if any1 has any tips on finding jobs in europe, feel free to post! if you have any personal stories id love to hear them too!!!!!

I think if your getting a job in tourist areas your english will be very usefull, but it will depend on i guess where you are, Romania will be different than Italy...it will depend. What you shoudl do since you have a year to go, think of what country you may end up in when you are working and start to study that language, in a year you could learn enough to carry on a normal life in that country with little struggle on the language, andother idea is to rent non english movies and see is you can pick up what is being said, i did that with spanish, and as funny as it may sound i watched alot of American kids shows that teach kids how to speak spanish and Canadian kids shows that teach French...that helped me whenI was in Cuba and in France. Just don't waste the time you have thinking about how to go abouit it, because it will be here before you know it!! time flies!!! :D B)
