Working for June and July in Europe....

I'm living in Frqnce right now, and I've been travelling too much (I know, I know, not possible). Ireally do need to settle somewhere for the month of June and half of July. I wouldn't mind IRE or GB, but I would prefer southern France, Italy, Spain, maybe even Greece. Croatia perhaps. How do I go about looking for a job? Is there a way to check out if there are hostels that have positions available.

Also, when I was in Edinburgh this summer, there was a job board at myhostel. Is there a site on the internet like that that lists hotels and restaurants willing to pay under the table? That might be a stupid question........
