Company Characteristics

Hi everyone! I’ve been looking around at companies that provide volunteering holidays overseas. I’m looking at going with a travel company rather than a charity because I’m a first time traveller and want the support. Other than a good support system though, what are the things to look for in a company? Any suggestions would be great, thanks!

If you go with a charity, they will give you support and guidance as well. They won't just send you off and get lost or something.
