I am trying to figure out if this is too much in a month period of time, and not sure whats too much. I am going to go over a few days than a month because of the flight there and the flight back.
(I know i went over a month here, but it is because i left a day for travel times even though i figure some trips will take only like a couple of hours and we will take some night trains. We acutly have about 33 days, and I have already left out going to Belguim because it was so much.) Days) 1)fly to London 2-7) London/the rest of england 8) travel to paris 9-12) Paris 13)to italy 14-18)italy 19)to swtizerland 19-23)switzerland 24) to netherlands 25-29)Amsterdam 30)to Germany 31-38)Germany 39)Fly home |
That's not a bad itinerary, but trust me when I say that 5 days isn't enough for the "rest of England". :blink2:
It's good that you're trying to give yourself 4 days or so in each place. :) Try to stick to one or maybe two places in that amount of time (within a country) and you'll probably have a better time! Frequently the "whirlwind" approach ends up being way too exhausting to fully appreciate all of the different places you're trying to see. |
Your itinerary works well !
But, you'll only have time to visit one major city + do a daytrip in the surroundings, except for Germany where you're staying longer. So, it all depends on what you want. Maybe skipping either (or both) Italy and Netherlands to allow yourself to "get more" a country could be an idea to think about. You could book rooms in advance in every place, if you like to travel no trouble, and decide to change your plans. Then, you'd just lose the deposit. |
