Welcome on Travelpunk.com, Stephan !

I can feel your enthusiasm all the way north up to my home in Quebec ! This is probably the most achieved two-year-in-advance itinerary. It looks pretty good, the number of days per city is well thought, daily budget is right on, but I personally think that 13 countries in 8 weeks is a lot. The number of countries and cities visited should be set according to your objectives for the trip. Is it to see a maximum of countries and "digest" it home afterwards, or get to know Europe, or practice sports, outdoor activies, or simply meet travelers and party ?

Since you have two more years to plan, you don't need to finalize your choice of country right now. Read more, see european movies, and a few months before leaving, depending on your finance, you'll be able to have a clear picture of what you want and are able to see in your timeframe.

Also to take in consideration in your budget, if you haven't yet, are the travel insurance and international transport (if you plan on using low cost airlines, you need to add the airport tax), equipment such as the backpack, good boots, etc.
