Given I'm getting ready to snuggle in for good here in SoCal...I'm up for an annual meetup...and I'd love to get to know northern Cali at the same time!!
I plan to be there!

Looks like San Fran has a pretty comfortable lead of 2 votes unless there are more votes. Or maybe the poll should be reset with the top couple of locations. How boring, a domestic trip! But it would actually be pretty cool, my brother has been working at Big Sur for a little over a year and I haven't visited him.
If San Fran ends up being the location if anyone wants to head down to Monterey/Carmel/Big Sur with me I'm probably going to swing down that way

no surprise there.

Took Brett and Nicole's advice. Our top two contenders were San Francisco and London (Amsterdam came in third).
I would love to see a London meetup but I also saw some Yosemite photos from a friend who went there last May...tough call.

I think you actually have to create a new poll, says I've already voted. Also, if you do it by month I'm not sure that will settle the location since the votes will be all scattered again...

OK I voted for "Why hasn't anyone thought of a central European city?" Krakow, Prague, Budapest, maybe even Riga are easier on the wallet than London in the beginning and/or height of tourist season and they are easy to get to from Dublin or London (gateway cities) via a low cost carrier. I could probably do this meetup in May.
I also voted for July (I could do August as well) in SF b/c by then I will most likely be stateside.
Another stateside place I'll throw out here is NYC (could be a little pricey but so is SF).
