Who would have known being fired would be sucha good thing for me? The night before I got fired me and 2 works friends booked flights and hotel to NYC Oct 3-6 out of nowhere (conversation about NYC came up that same night at work) and today I post on my Facebook that I decided against starting a door to door sales job today and wont hear back from a restaurant I interviewed at until after Labor Day.
My sister who lives in MIAMI commented that I should come there for the weekend while I am waiting for work. I didnt beleive her at first, but she booked the flight and is paying for me to hang there in MIA this weekend! I fly out at 5pm tommorrow and come back Tuesday night so I can get in touch with TGI Fridays weds regarding my interview and if it doesnt work out I can resume the job search weds.
