Hellllo
Eyoo.
This is Young from Connecticut , US. Still a senior in high school, just turned 18 this July, and came across this website when I was (and am still) doing some initial research on backpacking across Europe as that is my intention for how i am going to spend at least a good month of my summer with maybe few friends.
So.. just wanted to be like what up, and stuff.

umm. yea.
from what i am seeing, it looks like i am going to get a eurail pass that goes
Benelux (Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxemburg) and France. if money becomes problem , then i will maybe go east but to tell you the truth, i def need to look into more. either way, its going to be sweeeeet.

Welcome to the boards! I'm pretty sure Benelux counts as just one country on the Eurail pass, so you might as well add a 3rd country and get the 3 country select pass. I didn't go to the Benelux countries, so if someone could verify this, that would be great. Good luck with your planning.

Yeah, you're right - Belgium/The Netherlands/Luxembourg all count as one country - BeNeLux. So a Benelux/France pass might be a regional one, but you could get a 3 country select pass by adding 1 more country (any that borders France or Belgium/Netherlands/Luxembourg).
