The newest new guy in town
That would be me.
My name is Krystal and I love to travel. So far I've been to Egypt (Cairo, Aswan, Luxor), Aruba (mmmmm), and Barcelona, next on the agenda is Japan in May. =]
I joined this site to get the most out of my travels (and money) while visiting these great places and experiencing new cultures. From the looks of it, I don't think you guys will have any trouble helping me with that, and I hope that I'll be of some service to you too.

Welcome to the boards, Krystal!!!! Japan sounds awesome! How you like living in Milwaukee? When I lived in Chicago we used to head up that way for Summerfest... good times!

I can dig Milwaukee. It's got its share of sweet coffee shops, decent music scene, and brews for sure. I've worked for Famous Dave's during Summerfest and man, that was a sweet deal. Show up for work in the morning, get out at 4pm and hey lookey there, Wolfmother is playing in ten minutes on the Harley Davidson stage!
I love Chicago. Born and raised the first three years of my life there. Still visit friends and family though not nearly as much as I used to. Such a great and diverse city, holy cow...

Hi Krystal
I did a trip to Japan in May back in 07. It was primarily Tokyo, Kyoto, and Hiroshima (quick stay near Mount Fuji). I wrote a bit about it in my blog which is linked to my signature and if you have any questions feel free to let me know
Welcome to the boards

Welcome! Good luck in Japan. I've never been there, but would love to make a trip there someday.

Welcome welcome. Just spent New Years in Milwaukee at the Cake concert. Great times. Gotta love Wisconsin, Go Pack Go .
