is that some where in germany?
part of my very strange heritage is welsh so i'm not pulling an Ann Robison
and i forgot you lot are american or canadian, huyyyhh, its one of these obscure english laws, like shooting scots and welsh people, Made in the time when there were more 'e's around and the scots and welsh use to take livestock from the english, and the english will take them right back , some herds traveled the borders about 5 times a month , here in the isle of man theres an old law that says if you've been on the piss, you can take a leak in an ally and if the police catch you and try to charge you, you can shout pain 3 times and they have to leave you
