Just saying hello. i'm new to the site and I'm already enjoying it. Thanks for the recommendation Suds! I haven't traveled much yet, but would love to start this summer. Cannot wait!

Hey everyone,
sufiyourself is a newly made friend of mine that is intrested in backpacking. She doesn't know when or where yet but is starting the beggining stages of getting some info. I told her where else to join but travelpunk. So she may be browsing around and trying to help herself figure out a few things.
I told her this was the place for questions and answers for just about everything backpacking related. :P Also, just cause she wrote that she was a friend of mine, don't hold it against her hehe.

Yeah well I told you before, I talk to everyone that will listen hehe.
It's like that drink at my local bar that is named after me, you don't get a drink named after you by sitting there alone not talking to anyone
When you hit the road backpacking too, you will realize what a great thing it is to be able to talk to lots of people out of nowhere. You will meet great people along the way by doing that and also find out a lot more places, things, or people that you migth have missed otherwise.
