Hey there, I'm not too inclined to do this sort of introduction stuff but Regent Rat is holding a Squeegie to my head.
Um, I'm Teagen, i'll be travelling to New Zealand for the first time. Also solo, i would appreciate any and all of your help if possible. Thanks much.

Out

I never went to New Zealand, but you'll find here lots of people who did, and plenty of info from previous questions already answered.

Anyway, WELCOME TO TRAVELPUNK !

fear not: NZ (that's pronounced "ennzed" for any yankee "zee"sayers) is a simple travel. the hostels are quaint and home-like, there are rideboards everywhere, and hitching is chick-friendly for the mostpart.

[if you get a bad ride, don't blame me]

i would tell you only this: if you happen to be going in the winter bring some warm clothes and a hot water bottle. no central heating = it's as brutally frigid inside as it is outside. trust me...

oh, and regent rat needs a new line.

Um, hey, a new line, new line...

Maybe..."Have you any wood?" Instead of "Have you any change?" but i have enough wood ~ heh..

What about a new sign...instead of "Kick a punk for a dollar", "Trim & Drill a punk for a dollar" maybe that would even work in the bougie' west end...

What i could really use treac, is a new squeegie and bucket (i mean bouquet, sorry)...

right...back to the wonderful world of windhshields.

Thanks....China was awwwsome ......
It was a true Kung-Fu journey.... Not a lot of free days but I did get to see the sights in Beijing.....I wasn't fond of the "eastern" toilets though... ....if I fare well on this adventure, I will definatly go back and see all that I missed the first time

I hate to say this, but after some of the toilets I used overseas, that just didnt look too bad! And I am "icky-bathroom-phobic" (you get over that really quick in Europe!)
