Hi everyone, i've been a tpunk forum hobo for the last couple of weeks and thought it was about about time i introduced myself and started posting. I'm a 22 year old male from aussie about to embark on a big drinking, heavy partying, sight seeing, soul searching journey to any and/or all corners of the world.

I finished uni a year ago and joined the rest of the world in the repetative predictable life of a white collar office worker . Turns out that i want more excitement, adventure and fun in my life so i've decided to quit my job in 2 months and take me and my degree to england to see where it takes me. After i've had enough of england and Europe i think i'll go to South America, then maybe Canada, then who knows. i don't know what's around the next corner, and i'm loving it. I'm sure i'll want to settle down somewhere, someday, but there's a lot of sights to see and drinking to be done between now and that day. Might as well live life while you've got it i reckon.

hmmm....this turned out to be longer than i meant it to be, i could blab on for hrs about the reasons for this journey, but i think most of you would already know them.

Hey, welcome to the boards finally! I am a newbie too, but I am getting the hang of it. I am a 20 year old girl from the US, Colorado to be specific. I am taking a trip through Europe this summer also, leaving here on May 23. We will be starting in Dublin, then working our way through London and then off to several other countries until we head back to the states in mid July. Where are you looking at going other than London while you're in Europe? If you would like to meet up keep me posted (no pun intended... ) and maybe we can take a break from soul searching to have a drink somewhere !!

Don't know exactly where i'll be going yet, i don't really have any plans. hmmm...i should really get my butt into gear and get organised. All i know is that i'm leaving in late April and i have no idea how long i'll be going for, but i'm aiming for atleast a year. I plan on working the odd job in the UK or where ever will employ me and seeing as much of europe as i can afford, while saving enough money to atleast get to south america at some time in the not too distant future. hmmm...all my plans are so indecisive...it's the only way to go. However, i'm definately up for having a drink with you at some stage britkettle, i reckon it would be excellent to meet a fellow tpunker . I'll be somewhere in Europe (most likely the UK) by the time you arrive so we'll have to organise something.

newbie, i find that i get along much better with comfort...southern comfort (said in best James Bond voice). The little bugger is always so friendly but then ends erasing my memory, making me sick and stealing my money. But i can't help but love the little guy.
