Why not hit Japan first? At least you will be going to a 1st world country to start off with? Plus if you start running low on money toward the end, it will be in a cheaper country.
Both Japan (3 more weeks!) and India (thanks in part to Jeanie's blog--although I think I will skip Kashmir  ) are definitely on my list.
