reckon I've ever even seen an entire episode of Home & Away!! Hate to let down the Aussie stereotype thing! lol

I think it's more of an Irish/English steriotype to watch Aussie soaps. We get them all, Home and away, neighbours, water rats loads about hospitals but I can't remember the names of them all. We can't get enough of them.

Aliz, my fault! I just didn't read it properly... typical
Wasn't aware of that, but it makes sense.
Lemlern - not a stupid q, I think McCleod's Daughters was semi-popular here - I know of a lot of ppl who love it, but I second Raolduke's opinion - not my cup of tea! Haven't really seen them around for sale much, come to think of it, but then I wasn't on the lookout for them!
MeTurk - lol that's funny! I've had a suspicion about that for years (Aussie soaps being more popular in England/Ireland than here), but thought it was just cos I'm not into soapies myself!

Woohoo thank you. After that one girl Claire died I kind of lost interest, but I really would love the first few seasons

missy and raoulduke are leading you astray, lemlern. mcleods daughters was not 'mildly successful' - it's an awesome show. lots of people watch it (mainly little old ladies and little girls who want a horse)... it's still going but we're in between seasons now. i saw an epsiode in the us, i think you guys are way behind. claire died years ago.... but i agree the show hasnt been the same since. haha its so not cool to like mcleod's daughters, but it is actually pretty popular here (just no one admits it)
