The only thing I have that I can give to friends are "buddy passes" which are good only on America West. They are a good deal for short distances but increasingly worse for long flights. For example, Columbus, OH, to Vegas is $170 round trip on a buddy pass (and that is standby). I tell my friends I'll give them one if they want, but that you can usually find as good of deals online yourself -- plus it will be a regular ticket and positive space.
So, yeah, I would be happy to give TPers buddy passes, but if they've got a long flight, I'd advise them it wouldn't be the best deal.
