Hey Everyone!

Just to quickly introduce myself, I am a 20 year old Canadian guy who works a boring job as a car detailer and plans to attend university next febuary. I stumbled across this site when I began starting to plan a backpacking trip for next summer.

I plan to visit England, Scotland, and perhaps spain, Italy, etc.... I am still early in my planning! Any suggestions for the first time traveller?

I look forward to posting more on this site, and I must say it's a great resource thus far! have a good day all!

Brad

Welcome Brad!

Spain is amazing! Only go there if you are willing to fall madly in love with a country though.

Welcome dude!!

My advice, try to squeeze in some off the beaten track travels, venture into the country and away from the tourist traps for a little while.

.....and take lots of photos

Hi Brad :D

I agree with LostFarmboy, try to find some interesting places that aren't so well known and touristy. You'll be so pleased you got off the beaten track! But, don't avoid touristy spots althogether, as they're popular for a reason!
