Default Heathrow Arrivals?!

I'm trying to tell my friend's parents where to pick my boyfriend and I up from the airport when we arrive in London. Unfortunately, my ticket lists the terminal as N/A. >:< I really think this is applicable info, Delta!

Anyone have any idea where I can find this information? We're traveling on Delta from JFK-NYC. I've tried using the "arrivals" function on the Heathrow website but since the flight is not TODAY (we leave tomorrow and get there on Tues) I can't get it to come up.
