hey- i've got a long weekend and a bit of cash burning a hole in my pocket. i was planning on heading up to toronto for the weekend but that might not work out...


other than site59.com, does anyone know of a good travel site that offers last minute weekend packages? (xan, i'm looking in your direction... )

also, is it too close to the weekend to set up something on couchsurfing?

any and all suggestions about where to spend my weekend are welcome. the only restrictions: east of the mississippi river/less than a 4 hour flight from boston, good bar scene, good public transport (no need for rental car) and not overly expensive....
