So we had to book our flight tickets with an agent as cant do e tickets in Vietnam. The agent was supposed to be sending the tickets on once they received them, but so far they just keep telling us to come back tomorrow and then the next day etc. We fly on Tuesday and are pretty sure that we are booked on the flight- we dont think that we have been ripped off- just that they have lost the tickets. We cant get a straight answer. But with no flight booking ref number and no tickets what can we do??? Anyone else ever had this problem?? :fyou:

Do you know which airline? I'd give them a call. (The airline, not the shoddy travel agent.) You might be able to find out that way, if they have any record of your flight. :) Failing that, show up at the travel agent and throw a fit to end all fits. They have to have *some* record of it SOMEWHERE if they actually made your reservation. Good luck!! :cheers:

Thanks. We are in a different city now so cant actually go to office. I think the girl at our hotel will ring them today. It's so hard when youre in a different country to be able make phone calls etc- especially here.

We finally managed to get someone at home to ring the airline- the only office open was Australia. We were so lucky that they actually released the information- we are booked on the flight and we now have the reference number too so should be able to fly ok- maybe it will be a small charge but we are so relieved- and you never know, the tickets may arrive tomorrow!!! Hopefully be emailing from Thailand next time!
