Pamplona accomodations - TravelPUNK Backpacker College Student Budget Travel Message Boards!

So I'll be taking a night train from Barcelona to Pamplona tomorrow night, the 7th and will be arriving at 6 in the morning. What do I do for accomodations that night? I have no plans as of yet, I heard the park is the place to be. And what do I do with my bags? Do I check them in somewhere. I'm sorry if this has been a topic before, but Ive been backpacking for 2 months already and have little time to research this. Thank in advance for any info.

you can check you bags in at the town hall, its like 3 euros perday. There are loads of random places to sleep, just wear something warm because it gets cold at night. Or even better bring a sleeping bag. But be warned you have to pay 2 euro or so to get you sleeping bag back for the night.

So did you end up staying in the park or did you find a place?

I ended up staying in the park for 2 nights. It wasn't as bad as it sounds but it does get very cold at night so be warned. Also, if you are planning on staying in the park, check in your valuables with your bag at the bag check in depot so you don't have to worry about them being stolen while you sleep. The guy that I was with was woken during the middle of the night because some guy was going through his pocket. Have fun and dont be on the outside of the corners when the bulls come!!!
