i need some help..my best friend is traveling to Rio for carnival with 2 friends... hes kinda finding himself without a hostel..either he needs to book the entire week or the prices are sky high well obviously its carnival!!! i kinda feel bad for him so im just helping out a little bit...well now question: what are the possibilities on them getting a hostel between feb 17 to the 21?..does anybody live in rio that would accept them at a fair rate? they r good kids i promise!!!
